Role	Credit Manager – Credit Manager – Supply Chain Finance
Location	Mumbai — Onsite
Qualification	CA / MBA-finance or equivalent
Experience	2+ years
Product Exposure	SME / Working Capital / Supply Chain Finance

 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for diligently appraising SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE loan proposals as per the Credit policy of the company / financial
  institution partner.
• Responsible for Quality Control, Policy/Process adherence & the compliances related to Credit.
• Regular review of credit approval policies and guidelines as well as, to participate in ad hoc projects of investigative or trouble-shooting nature on specific customer portfolio.
• To gravitate, hire and train the suitable talent required to perform Credit underwriting and related functions
• Engages to participate in the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the Credit team and other stakeholders.
• To implement effective “Early Warning” and “monitoring” mechanism for the assigned portfolio
• Positively Impact Client Experience by maintaining underwriting TAT
• Constant Monitoring of PDD and other portfolio triggers – with suitable interventions as control measure;
• Addressing the Audit queries resolution within defined timeframe

 Skill Set Requirements:

• Functional knowledge & experience of SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE underwriting in digital environment
• Excellent knowledge of digital lending ecosystem
• Analytical proficiency & Detail orientation
• Good interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
